Unless you are a client already engaged in legal services with us, we ask for your personal data only when it is needed in response to services you have enquired about, or in relation to requesys for information. We do not collect or store your personal data when you are browsing our website or social media pages.

If you use our enquiry form on our website, a record will be taken of the details you have entered. You are not under any obligation to provide us with this information however we may be unable to assist you further if you do not. 

This website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. 

We will not share your personal data to anyone outside of McIlvenny Law without your prior consent, except where we are otherwise legally required to do so. We will only hold your personal data for as long as necessary for our business purposes and your personal data will be stored on our secure server. Physical files of your personal data will likely be collected and held should you engage us in providing our legal services to you.
